Our pastor

Dr. Douglas VanNostrand

Senior Pastor

The congregation called Dr. VanNostrand as senior pastor on Sunday, September 27, 2026. He preaches verse by verse through books of the Bible.

The front of First Baptist Church: a red brick building with a tall white steeple, a white columned entry with a flag beside the door, a red brick walkway across the lawn, and a ramp with a white railing at the right, under a blue sky with clouds.

Who we are

First Baptist Church is an independent Baptist church. That means we are a church that governs itself under Christ, and no outside group runs us.

Our pastor preaches verse by verse through books of the Bible. We meet on Sunday morning and again on Wednesday evening.
